We support and encourage promotional articles but our specific author guidelines have been framed in order to provide informative and well researched articles to our readers, not deliberate advertising.

ResourceSchool.com Article Submission Guidelines:

You are allowed to submit an article to a single category only. If you cannot find a category which, according to you, is very important for your article, you must Contact Us. Usually, we approve all rational new categories and sub-categories, whose availability is confirmed by return email containing our decision within 1 business day.

In case of copyright infringement, the ResourceSchool account will be closed, deleted from the directory and barred for life. For this, we monitor IP addresses and check submissions against a banned list of articles.

Your article should be able to spread awareness and educate and not just serve promotional purposes. Use your own experiences to include techniques, strategies, How To’s, opinions, case studies, analyses and other forms of informative content.  Articles with spelling errors and grammatical problems will be edited or rejected. We will cover formatting guidelines below.

ResourceSchool.com reserves the authority to accept or reject any article. Submission does not automatically warranty the inclusion of your article in our article directory. Your articles should meet the stipulated requirements to have a good chance of being accepted. If your article fails to meet our requirements, you will receive a rejection email notice stating the reasons for the same.  Rejected articles may be resubmitted after correction of errors. The process will begin again if the article is submitted with error again.

We do not tolerate spamming of the directory. Multiple copies of the same article with slight modifications is also forbidden. Offenders will be immediately banned and their accounts closed and deleted from the article directory. Account termination may also occur in case of offensive content including articles promoting pornography, bomb building, hacking, racism, terrorism or any other wrongful activities. We reserve the right to classify any article as illegal or offensive.

Direct affiliate links will not be allowed but you can have links to pages on your domain that are redirected to the affiliate program. The title, body or summary of the article must not contain Promotional links, Pop-ups or Java scripting. We allow source credit links (maximum 3) to be included in the body of your article.

Web Site Active/Inactive Links/Anchors/URLs

Download links will not be tolerated. We do not allow direct links to any digital downloads. Virus scans are used to check all links. Articles with the same Active link appearing more than once will not be accepted. Duplicate identical URL should not be submitted. ResourceSchool.com doesn’t intentionally allow any links banned by Google to be included in any of the articles. Articles with questionable SEO practices will also be rejected.

URL’s included in the body of the article are not auto formatted by ResourceSchool. Active links are not allowed in the first line of an article. ResourceSchool.com doesn’t allow strategic keyword anchor text links in the body of articles that do not add any informative value to the article. This decision is subject to the evaluation of our editors and review staff. Only anchored links that provide additional worth to your article should be included. The intention is to act as a good net citizen by allowing that don’t abuse anchored text links for SEO reasons. The best way to ensure that your article is accepted in our article directory is to include no text anchored links in it.

Banned links:
Articles with links to adult oriented websites will not be accepted by ResourceSchool.com. This will extend to websites including pornography, adult-oriented shopping, nudity and adult-oriented sexual content or any other potentially illegal or offensive content.

Email ‘mailto:’ Links:
Including a link to your website in the Resource Box is highly recommended but a mailto: or personal email account link is not recommended. These are abused by Spammers. Potential customers can find your email address from your website. So its better to just include a website URL.
