One of the big topics of conversation these days is the gas prices.When we are holding on to negative feelings, we are in the grasp of negativity, the feelings own us, we have given our power to negativity. If we do not like something, we are in negativity about the thing we do not like and it is certain that our happiness has been given away by the degree of negative feelings we have for that person, thing or situation.
What is Releasing?
Releasing is letting go of our mental garbage, our mental viruses which block our abundance and happiness. Our mental garbage consists of our negative feelings.
We decide our world is postive.
When we read the newspapers or watch the television news shows we are reading or watching what people think about the world. They have gone out and gathered information about their view of the world. What we are reading or watching is their picture of the world, their consciousness of the world.

If you dare, read the newspapers, the internet news, and if you are really daring turn on the 24 hour news networks. See what they are all saying about the Economy, the gas prices, the mortgage situation, credit card debt, inflation, recession.
We must have an intention for everything we do.
Each of us has an intention for everything we do right now. We can look around us, see what we have and we can see what our intention has been.
Are you a mind watcher?
If not, who is watching that mind? It’s like having a big mean tiger in your backyard, no leash, no fence, nothing to stop it from running amok. Doesn’t sound like a good idea, does it?
Take Charge of your life.
We people are amazing aren’t we? We get mad at anyone who dares even think they are going to tell us what to do. The last thing we would ever consider is living in some country where we couldn’t do what we want to do.Yet, we let our mind tell us what to do.
Too Much With the News.
We are too much with the news. Meaning, we pay too much attention to the news. We give too much of our time and attention to the news. Most people are “news hounds.” They can’t get enough of the news. Need some proof? Look at all the advertising money that is poured into the 24 hour news channels, into the “24 hour news cycle.”
Let’s take a look now. Let’s take a long, close look at the things that bother us.
If we are honest with ourselves, we see we have scores of things which bother us every day. We have to ask ourselves, how does that help us? How does it help us to be bothered by every little thing or even by, what we might label, big things? The mind will sputter a split second before it starts to reel off a list of why it’s smart to be bothered. Here is one right off the bat. If I’m not bothered by that, how will it ever change?
How are you feeling today?
If you are anything like 99.999% of the world, when you are asked that question you quickly scan for what’s wrong. Finding nothing to complain about, you say, Fine. Or, you actually have something going on with your body and you don’t know what to do about it.
How to get happy.
The world thinks that happiness lies in having, having things and people. If we can just get more of the things and people we can be happy, thinks the world.
Please try something. Please stand up and sit down at the same time. Try it.
Not possible is it? Right now, you are probably saying, that is a ridiculous thing to ask someone to do, stand up and sit down at the same time. It’s impossible. It can’t be done. Why would anyone ask me to stand up and sit down at the same time?
